The Flecha Caida Homeowners Association (FCHOA) is a non-profit corporation formed in 1968. The Association has reversionary authority to make decisions that maintain and improve the livability of this Catalina Foothills subdivision as delineated in the Conditions, Reservations and Restrictions (CR&R's). Please read the CR&R's for your subdivision.

All homeowners in Flecha Caida are required to abide by the CR&R's. We appreciate your membership in the Home Owners Association. Membership is $65.00 annually due May 1st.

New property owners in the Flecha Caida Ranch Estates who apply for membership in the Association thereof, will be charged membership fees which are prorated according to the month in which they apply, at the rate of $5.42 per month for the months remaining until the 30th of April next. This amount is 1/12th the current annual membership fee for each month remaining in the year until 1 May of the following year.

Thus a new property owner applying for membership in June would be charged $59.62; By applying in October the charge would be $37.94. The charges would be rounded to the nearest dollar, or in these examples, $60 and $38 respectively. For this reason, initial dues must be paid by personal check. Thereafter the new member may pay subsequent dues either by check or by PayPal whichever they prefer.

Due to COVID-19 concerns, Board Meeting will be virtual until further notice. Anyone wanting to join that meeting should contact the Board at fchoa@flechacaida.org for information.

The Flecha Caida Board meets at 6:30 PM on the 3rd Wednesday (unless stated otherwise) each month.

Reasonable CR&R variance requests will be considered, but we ask you follow the procedure outlined here and to have directly affected neighbors sign off your plans before presentation to the Board. Also contact us prior to any exterior structural changes or additions to your property;

Remember whatever changes you want to make to your exterior of your home or lot, it must be approved by the Association "before" you begin your project.

Removal of native vegetation is prohibited except for approved construction areas.

Mailbox Restrictions: All mailboxes in the Flecha Caida subdivisions are required to be painted one color - "Caida Brown" - and have the "Fallen Arrow" as part of the unit.  FCHOA members may E-mail Us at fchoa@flechacaida.org a request for free mailbox painting.
